Tiny Tags offers a 30-day free return policy on any non-custom/ready-to-ship item. However, personalized and 14k gold pieces are not eligible for a return or exchange since each piece is made to order. For domestic returns, there is a $5 shipping fee and for international returns, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee. To be eligible for a refund, the item needs to be new and unworn, in re-stockable condition, and returned in the original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned item, the status of the refund will be notified via email within five business days. If there are no unforeseen issues, the purchase price (minus the $5 return shipping fee) will be refunded to the original method of payment. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of goods (45 days during holidays). For International orders, returns on unworn, non-custom pieces are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping on International orders is not covered.
